We built the foundations and base walls for a new set of stable blocks which were then constructed from offsite constructed sections. Fast, effective and value for money. We completed the project with external fencing and a solid yard surface.
Replacing a set of outbuildings with new ones is no problem. The old buildings were carefully disassembled, removed and new foundations dug and concrete poured before the stub walls were built ready to take the new buildings.

The challenge: turn a waterlogged menage which was of the wrong proportions and was enclosed by broken fencing into a showcase.The outcome: a new menage which was delivered on time and to budget with extensive groundworks, drainage, new subsurface, new top surface and new fencing with gates.
A hardstanding area was not draining away properly so we opened up a channel into the subsoil and sunk in soakaway cages covered with membrane. Once connected to the surface drain channels the area drained away perfectly every time.
