Noll Countryside Services tackled a challenge posed by our client: the existing concrete slope from the road to the stables was not ideal for horses due to its steepness and slippery surface.

After conducting a site visit, our team recommended the creation of a horse track alongside the drive. Given the inherent slope of the property, we opted for a compacted stone surface to provide the necessary grip, held in place by solid wooden boards to prevent displacement down the slope.

The project involved excavating the track to establish a solid, well-drained base, encased by robust wooden boards on the sides and anti-slip boards across the width. The addition and compaction of crushed asphalt surface dressing completed the horse track.

To further enhance safety and security, we installed fencing and gates, creating a secure environment for both horses and riders. This comprehensive solution to the slippery slope issue was efficiently implemented within a two-day timeframe, at an appealing pricing for the client.
